Responsibilities:

• Independently own robotic ROS / SLAM / perception feature testing, including test plan, test design, execution, bug analysis, and closure tracking.

• Research and define the scope, metrics, and methodology of a robotics performance database (e.g. SLAM KPIs). Own end-to-end execution, including data collection, analysis, maintenance, and reporting.

• Continuously improve test efficiency by automation/tools

Skill Requirements:

• Solid experience in robotics software testing, with exposure to areas such as ROS, SLAM, perception, navigation.

• Experience of Python is required.

• Good understanding of performance testing and benchmarking methodologies (CPU/GPU/DSP/memory/latency).

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of test areas and projects.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Strong English skills in reading, writing, and technical communication.

• Experience in project-level ownership or leading test initiatives is a strong plus.

• BS 6+ or MS 3+ experience of embedded products software testing.

Education Requirements:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
