Key Responsibilities:
Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing for UPI payment transactions.
Validate UPI features such as:
Fund Transfer (P2P & P2M)
UPI Collect Request
QR Code Payments
Intent & Deep Link Flows
Transaction Status & Reconciliation
UPI Lite and Autopay (Mandate) Testing
Test payment transaction flows involving CBS, NPCI, Mobile Banking, and Merchant Systems.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
Validate APIs using tools such as Postman/Swagger.
Perform database validation using SQL queries.
Coordinate with Business, Development, and UAT teams for defect resolution.
Ensure compliance with banking and NPCI guidelines.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of UPI payment processing and transaction lifecycle.
Experience in Retail Banking, Digital Banking, or Payments domain.
Hands-on experience in Functional and API Testing.
Good understanding of IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, QR Payments, and Merchant Payments.
Experience with defect management tools like JIRA.
Basic SQL and database validation skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
Exposure to NPCI products and payment switches.
Experience working in Banking or FinTech projects.
Knowledge of automation testing tools is an added advantage.
