Join Qualus, a leading provider of engineering and project management services. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of an assigned portfolio of projects, providing strategic and operational leadership, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and quality requirements. You will also own portfolio financial performance, monitor portfolio performance, and lead executive reviews and client meetings. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, project management, or operations.
Missions
- Lead the execution of an assigned portfolio of projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with requirements.
- Establish portfolio priorities, integrated plans, delivery strategies, milestones, and performance measures aligned with business and client objectives, and coordinate Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor portfolio performance and direct corrective or recovery actions when outcomes are at risk, while owning portfolio financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, margin, cash flow, and variance management.
Profil recherché
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and resolve cross-project dependencies and constraints- Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement actions that support portfolio scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives
- Proven success managing a portfolio of projects with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, contracts, and client outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with forecasting, change management, contract administration, and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation considered an asset
- Minimum of 15 years of engineering, project management, and/or operations experience on transmission, substation, or distribution projects, including demonstrated leadership of complex, multidisciplinary projects or programs
- Excellent client relationship, executive communication, negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills
