GTM Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a GTM Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn pipeline, product-usage, and marketing data

into insights our sales and marketing teams can use. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and

Marketing, building dashboards and analyses that help us understand where revenue is coming from and where

there's room to improve. You'll have real ownership over how the data is modeled, not just how it's reported.

GTM analytics plays an important role in how our cybersecurity business understands and grows revenue. This role

has visibility into how we allocate marketing spend, plan sales targets, and report on performance, and offers a

chance to work closely with leadership.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain pipeline, bookings, and funnel dashboards across marketing-sourced, sales-sourced, and

partner-sourced revenue

• Help maintain the GTM data model connecting CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, product usage, and

billing data

• Support sales leadership with territory planning, quota analysis, and win/loss reporting
• Prepare reporting on pipeline health and sales productivity for leadership review
• Help flag pipeline risk and conversion bottlenecks so they can be addressed early
• Support KPI frameworks for team performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer expansion
• Work with RevOps to improve CRM data hygiene, lead routing logic, and scoring models
• Turn open-ended questions from stakeholders into clear, structured analysis
• Explore and apply AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., natural-language query interfaces, LLM-based reporting

copilots) to speed up ad hoc analysis and reduce manual reporting work

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years in GTM, sales, or marketing analytics, RevOps, or business intelligence; SaaS experience preferred,

cybersecurity a plus

• Comfortable with SQL and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building reports and understanding how objects relate
• Experience working with attribution or funnel data from multiple sources
• Exposure to cloud data warehouses or lakehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)

and experience supporting the build of a modeled date warehouse/ data lake

• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered analytics tools (e.g., Copilot/Claude-style BI assistants, prompt-based

querying, or using AI to accelerate report-building) a plus

• Comfortable presenting findings to sales leadership and other stakeholders
• Clear written and verbal communication skills• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and CPQ/billing systems a plus
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
