Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and support of the production environment, including daily scheduling and operational activities
• Incident and problem management
• Deployment of business releases, including planned, ad hoc, and emergency releases
• Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
• Participation in the development and testing of backup and disaster recovery (DR) plans
• Collaboration with application developers and testers
• Automation of operational tasks and procedures
• Independent and proactive approach to work execution

Requirements:

• You hold a relevant higher education degree or have equivalent professional experience in the field.
• You are committed to learning the latest Microsoft Cloud CRM technologies in a banking environment covering multiple countries.
• You have knowledge of, or are willing to learn, the operation and support of both on-premises and cloud-based applications.
• You are flexible, eager to develop your skills, and capable of motivating others.
• You have strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required for the role, particularly for working with technical and operational documentation.

Advantages:

• You have knowledge of sales support applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps.
• Experience participating in Microsoft CRM projects.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and/or operations support.
• Knowledge of application operation and support processes.
