ArcGIS Configuration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Initial setup and customization of an ArcGIS-based GIS application for digital network documentation.
• Configuration of the GIS application to record and manage electronic switching states within the utility network.
• Migration and integration of existing geographic and network-related data into the new system.
• Development and delivery of training materials for end users on the use of the GIS application.
• Design and execution of requirements-based and functional tests to ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements.
• Creation and continuous maintenance of technical documentation, user manuals, and configuration guidelines.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge and practical experience with ArcGIS platforms, particularly in the configuration and customization of GIS applications.
• Experience with digital network documentation and handling switching-state data within utility networks.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration of existing data into new GIS systems.
• Experience in conducting user training and providing end-user support.
• Familiarity with requirements and test management processes.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensible technical documentation and user manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with an independent and proactive working style.
