DWH Engineer

About the role

The role focuses on gathering, analyzing and aligning business and technical requirements, with a strong emphasis on working with data, databases and SQL. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to understand complex requirements and contribute to effective, solution-oriented outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify their needs
• Align conflicting requirements and facilitate consensus between stakeholders
• Analyze databases, data structures and data-related processes
• Use SQL to query and analyze data
• Analyze complex topics and requirements within the DWH environment
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams
• Participate in agile projects and working processes
• Quickly understand new and complex business topics
• Proactively contribute to solution development and process improvements

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis
• Solid knowledge of databases
• Good SQL skills
• Strong affinity for working with data and data-driven topics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Ability to quickly understand new and complex subject areas
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong communication skills across both business and technical stakeholders
