Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Consultant

About the Role

Our partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join their team and support customers in improving, implementing and optimizing their business processes.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a modern cloud-based ERP solution supporting both strategic and day-to-day business operations, including finance and accounting, procurement, sales, logistics, warehouse management, manufacturing, project management and service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and clarify customer business requirements
• Translate business needs into Dynamics 365 Business Central-based solutions
• Design solution concepts and provide recommendations
• Customize Business Central and design new functionalities
• Recommend best-practice solutions
• Design data tables and relationships
• Participate in implementation and consulting activities
• Provide professional support and consulting to existing customers
• Test and troubleshoot additional functionalities
• Support testing activities
• Contribute to reporting and business solution development
• Work with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate-based solutions
• Prepare professional documentation, including specifications, estimates and user manuals
• Deliver customer training and workshops
• Support pre-sales activities and the sales team from a professional perspective
• Prepare professional proposals and presentations
• Present new Microsoft technologies and Business Central functionalities to customers

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong, comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong systems-thinking and ability to understand complex business environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of independence and a proactive approach
• Fast learning ability and willingness to take ownership
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks and workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to deliver training and workshops
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
