Quantexa is a global decision intelligence company that helps organizations solve complex data challenges in risk, compliance, and strategic growth. Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, the enterprise utilizes advanced AI and entity resolution technology to connect siloed data into contextual network views. Its platform enables banks, public sector institutions, and insurance firms to automate decision-making processes, combat financial crime, and mitigate fraud.

Do you ever have the urge to do things better than the last time?

We do. And it’s this urge that drives us every single day.

At Quantexa, we empower organizations to make trusted operational decisions by bringing data to life. Our Decision Intelligence platform connects billions of data points to reveal hidden context, fight financial crime, optimize underwriting and claims, and drive transformational growth for Tier-1 global institutions.

Our environment of discovery and innovation means we build deep, lasting partnerships that deliver genuine industry disruption. We are scaling rapidly across the globe, yet our culture remains rooted in autonomy, inclusion, and support. Over 41% of our team comes from an ethnic or religious minority background, and we speak more than 20 languages across 50+ nationalities, fostering a workplace where everyone belongs and can do their best work.

We’re heading in one direction: the future. We’d love you to join us.

The Opportunity

Strategic alliances are the lifeblood of Quantexa’s scale and North American growth strategy. We operate a partner-first ecosystem model where our technology is embedded into the world’s most transformative advisory, system integration, data and cloud architectures.

We are privileged to partner with the world’s most influential firms, including:

  • GSIs: Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, IBM and Capgemini.

  • Hyperscalers: Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.

  • Data platforms: Databricks.

  • Industry ecosystem and data leaders: Guidewire, Moody’s and Dun & Bradstreet.

We are seeking an exceptional, commercially minded Alliances Director to take the reins of our insurance alliance ecosystem. In this high-impact, quota-carrying role, you will be the single-threaded owner bridging Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence platform with the North American carrier landscape. You will work closely with the North America insurance Sales Leaders, sector leads and our global partner network to turn strategic relationships into measurable, multi-million-dollar co-sell and partner-led revenue engines across insurance.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will move beyond relationship management into disciplined commercial execution, co-innovation and joint revenue creation:

  • Drive ecosystem revenue and partner attach: Own and exceed annual partner-influenced and partner-sourced Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets across North American insurance accounts, ensuring top-tier partner attach rates on strategic deals.

  • Build and execute joint GTM playbooks: Develop targeted go-to-market motions with select Tier-1 GSIs, data platforms and key industry ISVs. Package Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence capabilities into differentiated, repeatable partner offerings for underwriting, claims fraud, continuous KYC and customer 360.

  • Executive sponsorship and relationship architecture: Cultivate high-trust, executive-level sponsorship across partner practice leaders, lead consulting partners and industry client account leads. Establish regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and joint pipeline rhythms.

  • Accelerate cloud marketplace and hyperscaler motions: Maximize co-sell alignment with Microsoft Azure and AWS, using marketplace procurement vehicles (MACC/EDP drawdown) to compress sales cycles and unlock strategic enterprise budget.

  • Power field enablement and co-selling: Act as a player-coach and trusted advisor to Quantexa’s Enterprise Sales Directors and Solution Engineers. Drive joint account mapping, mutual deal qualification and partner engagement strategies that open doors to C-level buyers (CIO, CDO, Head of Claims, Chief Underwriting Officer).

  • Champion partner delivery and capabilities: Partner closely with Quantexa Academy and Professional Services to ensure partner practices are certified, enabled and building dedicated Quantexa Centers of Excellence (COEs) for seamless client implementations.

A Day in the Life

  • Start your morning with a strategy session with Guidewire to shape a multi-year insurance GTM plan, aligning on priority carrier accounts, co-sell motions and the enablement pathways needed to activate their teams at scale.

  • Mid-morning, host a workshop with Microsoft or AWS to define a joint proposition for a major carrier claims transformation, making sure their specialists are enabled on Quantexa and both teams are committed to a clear pipeline-build and marketplace strategy.

  • After lunch, review deal governance with Accenture, ensuring strong execution, accurate forecasting and clarity across all partner-influenced opportunities. Work with Sales, Delivery, the PMO and Solution Engineering to remove blockers and keep momentum high.

  • Later in the afternoon, collaborate with Marketing on an upcoming insurance industry event, align with Product on messaging for a new capability launch and sync with the North America leadership team so your alliances strategy is fully integrated into the regional business plan.

  • Wrap up with a call with a data or industry ecosystem partner such as Databricks, Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet or Guidewire, exploring how Quantexa can enhance their underwriting, fraud or customer intelligence offerings and how you will build joint pipeline together.

  • Throughout the day, you keep CRM updated with precision, so deal attribution, partner influence and pipeline insights are accurate, visible and actionable.

Every day is different, but always focused on building partner capability, executing with discipline and delivering measurable revenue outcomes. This is an outcome-based role: success is defined by clear, quantifiable software revenue targets tied directly to your partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and maintain strong executive alignment across North American insurance partners.
  • Act as the bridge between Quantexa Sales and partner teams.
  • Keep partners informed, motivated and delivering against joint priorities.

Commercial Commander

  • Manage commercial relationships and governance frameworks.
  • Drive measurable partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled and GTM-ready.

Growth Hunter

  • Identify and onboard new partners aligned to our insurance strategy.
  • Co-develop marketing initiatives, events, webinars and campaigns.
  • Shape multi-year GTM strategies across the North American insurance market.

What You’ll Bring

  • Enterprise alliance and co-sell mastery: Strong demonstrated success in alliance management, partner-led sales or direct enterprise software sales within high-growth B2B SaaS, data analytics or enterprise AI.

  • GSI and consultative ecosystem depth: Proven track record building productive commercial relationships with Tier-1 GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) and tech consulting practices, and knowing how to align with their revenue models and practice economics.

  • Quota-carrying commercial success: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar partner-sourced and partner-influenced quotas, with clear evidence of closing complex enterprise transactions.

  • Executive presence and gravitas: Ability to build instant credibility, lead strategic workshops and influence senior partner executives, practice heads and enterprise C-suites without direct authority.

  • Operational discipline: Rigorous approach to joint account planning, CRM pipeline hygiene, transparent forecasting and structured partner governance.

  • Insurance sector acumen: Deep familiarity with North American insurance dynamics, core carrier technology stacks and operational workflows across underwriting, claims, fraud, risk or customer intelligence.

  • InsurTech, ISV and data ecosystem exposure: Experience working alongside insurance platform ecosystems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) or major data providers and platforms (e.g., Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Databricks).

  • Cloud marketplace knowledge: Practical understanding of co-selling with AWS and Microsoft Azure marketplace frameworks.
