We're hiring: Intern IoT EngineerPelawatta, Sri Lanka | On-site | Internship
At Quantix Global, we build custom software platforms, and we also build interactive robots for live events and brand activations. Our robots work together with cloud-based software, and we're looking for an intern who enjoys connecting hardware with software.
What you'll do:
- Assist in building and testing our interactive robots and other IoT devices using ESP32, Arduino and Raspberry Pi
- Write and debug device firmware and code
- Connect devices to our cloud platforms through APIs
- Work with our backend team to integrate devices with web applications
- Document designs, setups and test results
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field from a recognized university
- Studied IoT and built IoT projects
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi
- Programming skills in C/C++ or Python
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Added advantage:
- Knowledge of PHP (Laravel)
- Node.js
- Basic electronics or 3D printing
