Commission-Only Sales Representative (Remote, South Africa)

Most commission roles pay you once per deal and move on. This one keeps paying. Every month a client's virtual assistant is working, you earn. Close a client once, and that account generates income for as long as the VA stays - and our VAs typically stay for years.

You're also not starting from scratch. We have a dedicated lead specialist who continuously researches, qualifies, and contextualizes leads for you, so you're always working a warm pipeline. Your job is to close, not to build a list.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Proven B2B sales or closing experience - staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred
• Exceptional spoken English is essential. This is a phone-first sales role - you will be cold calling and closing US business owners directly. Your voice, fluency, and natural confidence on a call are your primary tools. South African English is highly regarded in the US market and a genuine advantage in this role; what matters is that you sound assured, articulate, and easy to understand from the first word.
• Willing to work US EST hours - South Africa is well-positioned for this. EST is only 6 hours behind SAST, meaning a standard SA afternoon covers a full US morning.
• Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Self-motivated and disciplined - you don't need a manager over your shoulder
• Experience selling to or working with US-based clients is a strong advantage
• Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up
• Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income
