Senior Product Manager (Analytics)

Missions

• Definir y ser responsable de la evolución a largo plazo de la estrategia de análisis de Quinyx, estableciendo altos estándares para el descubrimiento y la entrega de productos.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el liderazgo ejecutivo, los equipos comerciales y otros gerentes de productos para alinear prioridades y crear una hoja de ruta clara y orientada al ROI.
• Identificar y validar requisitos de mercado de alto impacto en diversas verticales globales para impulsar el crecimiento comercial y la adopción del producto.

Profil recherché

- Proven Senior Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of driving complex SaaS products from discovery to scale

- Strong Product Process & Drive: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in ambiguity, establishes clear product frameworks, and proactively turns chaos into structured roadmaps

- AI Power-User: Practical, hands-on experience using LLM tools to accelerate your day-to-day PM processes and product intuition

- Senior Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to say "no" constructively, negotiate tradeoffs, and bring cross-functional stakeholders along

- Experience of WFM space, absence management or HR systems
