Receptionist

Key

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries; route them appropriately. Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure security protocols are followed. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging client meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. Support HR/Admin in managing office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. Assist in travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and other admin tasks. Update contact lists and employee directories as needed. Handle any other duties assigned by management related to front office and administration. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and courteous attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and time management. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BA, BBA, or equivalent). 1-3 years of experience in a similar front-office/reception role. Experience in an IT or corporate environment preferred.
