Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing data for our projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly salary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and manage data for our projects accurately and efficiently

- Communicate with team members to ensure data is up to date and accurate

- Organize and maintain project records and data files

- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies

- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is consistent and accurate

- Follow company data entry procedures and policies

- Maintain confidentiality of all data and information

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Experience with project management software is a plus

- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
