Online Marketing Assistant
Urban Property Management is seeking a motivated and organized Online Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing and property advertising activities. This is a remote position suitable for candidates who are comfortable working online, communicating professionally, and learning new marketing tools and platforms.
Previous property-management experience is helpful but not required. Training and guidance will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain online property listings.
Advertise residential rental properties across relevant online platforms.
Write clear, attractive, and accurate property descriptions.
Upload and organize property photos and marketing materials.
Monitor listings and make updates when necessary.
Respond to online inquiries and direct prospective renters to the appropriate contact.
Assist with social media and other online marketing activities.
Research rental-market trends and online advertising opportunities.
Maintain accurate marketing records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with the property-management team regarding listing updates and marketing requests.
Follow company procedures and maintain consistent branding across marketing channels.
Requirements
