Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Mid Cities Oms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and referring offices. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly salary of USD 28-32, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and emails from patients and referring offices in a timely and professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Provide information and answer queries regarding our services, fees, and insurance coverage
Process payments and insurance claims accurately and efficiently
Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with our team of oral and maxillofacial surgeons to ensure seamless patient care
Follow all HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, both on the phone and in written communication
Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall patient experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using technology and online platforms
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service to our patients
