Contractor Coordinator (24 Months)

Contractor Management

• Assist and coordinate on time onboarding of all contractors (registration, medicals, induction and access to systems).
• Liaise with contractors on a continuous basis to ensure understanding and compliance with The Company's Contractor requirements.
• Attend project kick –off meetings and liaise with contractors with regards to on boarding requirements as per Company SPI.
• Carry out a mapping flow chart to show route in onboarding of contractor.

Local recruitment via Social Facilitator

• Conduct ongoing engagement with Social facilitator.
• Coordinate skill request between Contractor and Social Facilitator.
• Records source documents for requests, appointments, and authorisation to recruit elsewhere
• Coordinate Verification Certificates.
• Report on progress and obstacles experienced as well as delays in onboarding.

Customer, Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management

• Ensure that all contractors and stakeholders are aligned to the procedures and processes required for contractor on boarding.
• Continuously endeavour to improve service delivery.

Safe and Healthy Work Environment

• Adhere to all health/safety practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis.

Administration and Document Control

• Records source documents and requests.
• Maintain contractor status reports on expiring medial and inductions expiring and ensure that notifications are distributed to contractors.

Compliance, Governance & Assurance

• Coordinate adherence to terms and conditions of contractor safety file system and onboarding schedule.

Communication

• Regular communication with stakeholders via email, telephonic and face to face with regards to onboarding, inductions and medicals. Report on progress and obstacles experienced as well as delays in onboarding. Regular communication to Project Manager / Line Managers / BU Management with regards to problems, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• National Diploma HR or Project Management (Minimum)
• Certificate Project Management (Desirable)
• 3-5 years Relevant experience in an Operational environment of which at least 2 years of Project Management or Contractor Management experience (Essential/Minimum)
• Computer Literacy: MS Office Suite, SAP (Essential/Minimum)
• Driver’s License (Essential/Minimum)
