The CIO (Chief Information Officer) office is seeking a member to lead projects and develop strategies for a company-wide IT governance framework, aiming to optimize the IT environment of Rakuten Mobile, Rakuten Symphony, and Rakuten Communications and promote business efficiency.
This position is expected to strengthen IT governance and mitigate risks by optimizing IT environment processes and systems while developing medium- to long-term strategies, identifying, analyzing, and correcting potential risks in various IT projects and initiatives.
[Job Description]
You will be responsible for overall project management for promoting IT-related initiatives and coordinating with other departments, primarily the technology department of Rakuten Group, Inc. (Approximately 50% of the work will be conducted in English).
- Overall management related to strengthening IT governance (visualization of the current situation, identification of risks, consideration of countermeasures, and promotion of solutions)
- Overall understanding of projects and measures (tasks, identification of issues, schedules), issue analysis, and leadership
- Support for the formulation of regulations, processes, and governance, the construction of processes and systems, and their implementation within the company
- Information management related to IT governance, creation of reports, stakeholder collaboration, internal reporting, etc.
- As CIO support, collaboration with other CxOs and support for practical implementation
- Organizational management and promotion of measures for growth as a CIO office
