PM and PMO (Company CIO Office) involved in internal IT governance

You will be responsible for comprehensive project management, including the development of various IT guidelines related to Rakuten Mobile's business, including understanding the current situation, planning projects, promoting implementation, and coordinating with relevant parties, across a wide range of missions and challenges.

[Handling various projects (internal IT consultation, surveys, etc.)]

- Planning, creating schemes, building systems, and releasing projects

- Project management and improvement

- Data analysis using BI tools and Excel

- Preparation of reports and presentation materials for management

[Organizational Structure]

The IT Governance Integration Department has just under 20 employees.

The CIO Office currently has one full-time employee and two contract workers.

The organization is staffed with many mid-career hires, including those with telecommunications experience as well as many newcomers, creating a smooth transition for mid-career hires.

[About the IT Governance Integration Department/CIO Office]

The IT Governance Integration Department's mission is to formulate IT strategy and governance to achieve Rakuten Mobile's strategic goals, and to optimize company-wide internal IT policies, processes, systems, and the internal IT environment that strengthens the company.

The CIO Office leads the internal IT environment for Rakuten Mobile as a whole. To this end, it communicates not only with senior management but also with the entire organization, including those on the front lines, and listens to diverse opinions to contribute to business strategy, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risk.

- Business-level English proficiency
