As a continuous improvement leader, this role applies Ralliant Business System (RBS) tools-including Kaizen, visual management, structured problem solving, and value stream mapping-to simplify workflows, remove barriers, and deliver measurable results without unnecessary process burden. The role partners globally with Product Management, General Managers, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and channel partners to align priorities and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Operations, Governance & Decision Support

  • Lead and continuously improve portfolio operating cadences, including weekly business reviews, monthly operations reviews, product lifecycle management (PLCM) reviews, annual strategy reviews, and launch readiness checkpoints.
  • Coordinate leadership reviews, synthesize performance data, track actions and decisions, and ensure accountability for follow-through.
  • Improve portfolio management processes, reporting, and standard work while removing cross-functional execution barriers.
  • Translate portfolio performance and operational challenges into actionable insights and leadership recommendations.

Business Performance, Forecasting & Commercial Alignment

  • Develop and maintain visual management dashboards and metrics covering bookings, revenue, margin, backlog, on-time delivery, and quality.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Finance, Operations, and portfolio leadership on product-line forecasting, backlog reviews, funnel management, and revenue recognition.
  • Drive Product Manager accountability for product performance, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead regular discussions with commercial teams, field sales, and channel account managers to capture demand, customer opportunities, and market signals and translate them into executive-ready insights.
  • Support sales enablement, product positioning, promotions, channel programs, and strategic initiatives across product lines and geographic regions.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between product teams and regional sales organizations to strengthen commercial execution.

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate product roadmap and lifecycle communications across product lines, sales channels, and partners.
  • Align Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional Sales teams on launch readiness and execution.
  • Support pricing actions, product transitions, obsolescence planning, and launch activities.
  • Coordinate new product forecasting, channel enablement, and stocking strategies.

Continuous Improvement & RBS Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives with defined workstreams, measurable targets, and sustained results.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, manage the Product Line Kaizen funnel, and promote the effective application of RBS tools and best practices.
  • Coach teams in root-cause analysis, countermeasure tracking, standard work, visual management, and improvement sustainment.
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities, RACI ownership, and escalation paths to strengthen accountability and adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or a related role within a technology or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing operating cadences, governance, dashboards, and scalable processes across multiple teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority, including at senior leadership levels.
  • Practical experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or geographically distributed product organizations across multiple product lines.
  • Hands-on experience with business systems and analytics tools, such as Oracle, CRM platforms, and Power BI.
  • Experience with RBS or comparable business operating systems.
  • Experience coaching teams on operating cadence, visual management, standard work, and change adoption.
  • Ability to translate portfolio performance and execution risks into clear, decision-ready leadership recommendations.
