About the Role:
Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Leader on apermanent full-time basis and play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors and staff.
Working closely with the Hospitality Services Manager, you will lead by example to ensure high standards of cleanliness and infection control are maintained throughout the hospital. This hands-on role combines leadership, customer service and operational responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys supporting a collaborative healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across the hospital in line with infection control requirements.
- Providing guidance and support to Environmental Services team members as required.
- Ensuring cleaning activities are completed and documented accurately.
- Adhering to infection control policies and participating in compliance and quality programs.
- Attending training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Cleaning, restocking and storing equipment appropriately after each shift.
- Delivering excellent customer service to patients, visitors and staff.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as the following:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Experience in hospital cleaning
- Excellent time management skills
