Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördinatie & Leidinggevende Ondersteuning: Dagelijkse coördinatie, taakverdeling en assistentie aan de verantwoordelijke. 
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt van Randstad collega's wat persoonlijke administratie betreft (Timesheets, HR vragen/problemen, ...)
  • Escalatie & Incident Management: Uitvoeren van engineer taken en optreden als tweede lijn escalatiepunt voor complexe problemen.
  • Probleemanalyse & Oplossing: Analyse en oplossing van complexe Hardware-, software- en infrastructuurproblemen.
  • Kennisbeheer & Opleiding: Up-to-date houden van documentatie en coachen/mentoren van collega IT'ers.
  • SLA-bewust werken: rekening houden met de interne Service Level Agreements van Proximus bij de uitvoering van taken.
  • Competenties: Sterk leiderschap en communicatie (coachen, bruggenbouwer). Goede tot zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Technische bagage met capaciteit voor diepgaande analyse. Uitstekend organisatievermogen, stressbestendig en het kunnen stellen van prioriteiten...
  • Technisch: Kennis van de laatste Windows versie, Office 365 (incl. Authenticator, MS Teams), Intune en SCCM. Ervaring met Mobile devices (Android, iOS) en Hardware interventies.
