Responsibilities

Leading a small team of controllers
Acting as a Business Partner towards international partners
Task distribution, deadline management, professional mentorship of team members
Cost/Benefit analysis and cost management tasks
Supporting the financial planning, business planning, forecasting and budgeting process
Participating and supporting process improvement, automation and system implementation projects
Keeping close contact with internal and international departments within the company

Requirements

Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting or other relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in the field of corporate controlling
At least 2 years of experience in a manager or leadership role
Positive, can do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English and Hungarian
At least intermediate German
Strong analytical skills
Team player
Experience with MS Office programs and ERP systems (preferably SAP or S/4 HANA)
PowerBI / Tableau experience is a plus
