Product Manager

Drive innovation across our digital marketing ecosystem and e-commerce platforms as Lead Product Manager. Bridging commercial strategy and engineering, you’ll lead multi-quarter roadmaps, optimize MarTech tools (CRM, loyalty, MMP), and translate market insights into high-impact features. Responsibilities
• Own product roadmap, backlog, and business cases for MarTech initiatives
• Translate retail trends and UX research into actionable epics and user stories
• Manage platform lifecycle, triaging technical debt and optimizations
• Define KPIs to measure post-launch commercial performance

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience in retail e-commerce
• Deep expertise in MarTech (CRM, MMP, Loyalty, OneTrust, Salesforce)
• Proven Agile delivery skills and strong cross-functional stakeholder influence
