Join our Automation team in Portsmouth, NH, supporting the digital backbone of our biopharmaceutical production through accurate electronic batch record (eBR) configuration and campaign readiness. This 6-month contract opportunity is a full-time position (40 hours per week) where you will directly contribute to ensuring medicines reach patients on time and to the highest quality standards.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:
Configure and maintain electronic batch records (eBRs), including Bill of Parameters (BOP) setup and formal change request (CR) generation to support campaign readiness.
Coordinate delivery activities across production campaigns to ensure records are configured, reviewed, and approved prior to Batch Record Issue (BRI) dates.
Partner closely with MES Engineers, Process Scientists, and Manufacturing teams to align deliverables, dependencies, and project scope.
Coordinate customer and stakeholder review cycles by managing technical feedback, clarifying requirements, and driving issue resolution.
Maintain campaign eBR delivery schedules, track milestone approvals, and proactively escalate potential risks to production readiness.
Support Right-First-Time execution and continuous improvement within our digital manufacturing environment.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline).
0-4 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
Exposure to or working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic batch records (eBRs).
Understanding of cGMP regulations and standard change control processes.
Strong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships and propose sound technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage dependencies across multidisciplinary teams.
