Who we are

Rangeview is on a mission to build the foundry system that reindustrializes America. We exist to break the legacy manufacturing trap by reinventing critical production for the twenty-first century. Through advanced software, deep automation, breakthroughs in materials science, and modern financing strategies, Rangeview rewrites both the cost curve and the power structure of making metal parts.

What’s in it for you

As an Operations Coordinator at Rangeview, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring people-centric logistics are executed flawlessly.

You’ll work closely with Executive Leadership and Talent Acquisition and coordinate across the company, giving you broad visibility into how a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company operates and expands.

This is a highly visible role for a capable coordinator who enjoys bringing order to moving pieces, managing complex schedules and logistics, anticipating what people will need, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll have meaningful ownership from the start. Rather than simply receiving administrative tasks, you’ll be expected to develop systems and processes to manage recurring workflows, effectively and efficiently navigate complex coordination, and help improve the user experiences that are crucial to Rangeview’s growth.

What you’ll do

Scheduling, Travel & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, schedules, and operational logistics across the organization.

    • Support company leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and related administrative logistics.

    • Coordinate logistics for important internal meetings, facility tours, and company activities.

  • Coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and schedule changes.

    • Prepare and maintain clear travel itineraries and ensure travelers have the information they need before departure.

    • Manage last-minute scheduling and travel changes and communicate updates to everyone affected.

  • Maintain accurate schedules, trackers, documentation, and other operational information in a manner that ensures appropriate visibility without adding undue burden

  • Identify recurring coordination challenges and help develop simple, scalable processes to address them.

  • Partner across teams to ensure operational details are handled flawlessly from planning through completion.

Recruiting & Interview Coordination

  • Own interview scheduling and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.

    • Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple interviewers while balancing candidate and team availability.

    • Coordinate onsite interviews, including schedules, rooms, candidate arrival, interviewer communication, and other day-of logistics.

    • Communicate schedule changes and interview details clearly to candidates and internal interview teams.

    • Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and scheduling information in Greenhouse.

  • Serve as a responsive and professional logistical point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.

  • Facilitate rapid processing of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to coordinate candidate next steps and deliver an organized, responsive candidate experience.

Visitor Experience

  • Create a polished and welcoming onsite experience for candidates, investors, suppliers, partners, and other important visitors.

    • Prepare for scheduled visits by coordinating arrival details, parking, meeting spaces, schedules, hosts, tours, and other logistics.

    • Greet visitors and connect them with the appropriate Rangeview team members.

    • Provide front-desk presence during scheduled tours and important visits.

    • Support administration of resources to ensure visitor satisfaction (i.e. availability of beverages, marketing materials, etc.)

  • Coordinate internal communication so relevant employees know when guests are arriving and what is expected.

  • Anticipate potential logistical issues and resolve them before they affect the visitor experience.

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, executive or administrative support, logistics, supply chain, project coordination, recruiting coordination, or another coordination-intensive role.

  • Demonstrated experience independently managing complex schedules, calendars, meetings, or other time-sensitive logistics.

  • Experience coordinating business travel or comparable multi-step logistics involving reservations, schedules, itineraries, transportation, and last-minute changes.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and recognize what needs to happen next without always being prompted.

  • Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively when multiple things require attention.

  • Resourcefulness and comfort solving problems when there is not an established process.

  • A personable, polished, and professional presence when interacting with employees, candidates, executives, suppliers, investors, and visitors.

  • Ability to work independently while recognizing when an issue needs to be escalated.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities, schedules, and plans can change quickly.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.

  • Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Experience coordinating external visitors, investors, vendors, suppliers, candidates, or customers.

  • Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.

  • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, reporting, trackers, or dashboards.

  • Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, or improving operational workflows.

  • Experience in a startup, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, hardware, or other fast-paced technical environment.

A bachelor’s degree is not required.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.

  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

  • Must meet Rangeview’s ITAR eligibility requirements.
