Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Intern to join our operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle transportation, courier and freight shipments, dispatch documentation, supplier follow-ups, packaging activities, and other time-sensitive logistics requirements. This role involves working closely with transporters, courier partners, suppliers, freight forwarders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials and vehicles.

What You’ll Do:

• Transport & Courier Coordination: Coordinate with transporters for domestic pan-India vehicle arrangements and manage Porter, local courier, and domestic courier shipments.
• Freight Forwarding: Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipments and handle regular follow-ups through email to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Shipment Follow-up: Follow up with transporters, courier partners, and suppliers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Dispatch Documentation: Support dispatch documentation and maintain shipment-related paperwork and records.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to the internal team regarding deliveries and delays.
• Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers regarding dispatch schedules, pickup arrangements, and delivery timelines.
• Import & Export Coordination: Support the team in coordinating import and export shipments and related logistics activities.
• Urgent Logistics: Assist in handling urgent and time-sensitive logistics requirements and ensure timely coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Vendor & Payment Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and the Finance team to support payment processing related to logistics activities.
• Packaging Coordination: Follow up with packaging vendors regarding sample development, production status, and deliveries.
• Packaging Development: Assist in packaging standardization and packaging development activities.

Who Can Apply?

• Diploma or pursuing/completed Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Logistics Knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and follow-up skills to coordinate effectively with transporters, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• MS Office: Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Documentation: Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate shipment and logistics documentation.
• Problem Solving: Ability to handle urgent logistics requirements and resolve basic coordination issues.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive requirements.

Good To Haves:

• Fresher to 6 months of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations.
• Exposure to domestic and international shipment coordination.
• Experience working with courier companies, transporters, freight forwarders, or logistics vendors.
• Basic knowledge of import/export documentation and processes.
• Familiarity with packaging development and standardization.
• Basic Excel for shipment tracking
• Prior internship or project experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations.
