B2B Business Development Executive

We are seeking a B2B Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving end-to-end B2B sales and building strong client relationships within the cybersecurity domain.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Identify new business opportunities, maintain sales momentum, and follow up proactively.
• Achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, commercials, and solution walkthroughs.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and lead-management discipline.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to learn cybersecurity products, services, and sales processes.
