Sales Executive (B2C)

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on engaging with individual customers, presenting solutions, and closing deals. You will manage the complete customer journey from initial contact to payment closure and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end B2C sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Make outbound calls daily and follow up on warm and cold leads
• Outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/products
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
• Track daily performance metrics and maintain reporting discipline

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of minimum experience in B2C sales / tele-sales / customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic Excel knowledge for reporting
• Strong follow-up discipline

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach
• Experience in tele-sales
• Comfortable making 80-100 connected calls per day
