Real Estate Tele Caller

We are seeking a Tele Caller to join our team at Shree Sai Developers. This role focuses on speaking with potential clients about our real estate offerings and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss real estate listings.
• Present property details and answer client queries.
• Collect and record client information in the CRM system.
• Schedule site visits and follow-up appointments.
• Meet daily and monthly call volume targets.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Required qualifications

• Excellent communication and speaking skills.
• No prior experience required; freshers welcome.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable using CRM tools.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience.
