- Drive and monitor retail sales performance across all Alexandria branches to achieve regional revenue targets, volume growth, and market penetration goals.
- Ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual guidelines, and brand standards across all stores to maintain operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Monitor store compliance and audit performance, ensuring adherence to operational policies and resolving identified gaps.
- Supervise and coach Area Managers and store supervisory teams to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve team performance, and support employee retention and succession planning.
- Manage and optimize regional operating expenses (OPEX), asset maintenance, and store shrinkage rates to control costs and protect branch profitability.
- Monitor regional operational performance and identify improvement opportunities to enhance store efficiency, maximize return on investment (ROI), and achieve business objectives
- 2-3 Years of managerial experience
- 5-7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of the retail industry
