Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and standards across manufacturing operations.
Monitor daily manufacturing and assembly activities to ensure production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost and delivery requirements.
Implement approved manufacturing processes, workflows and work instructions to ensure efficient and consistent production operations.
Monitor production performance, identify operational deviations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with Planning, R&D, Quality Control and Maintenance to resolve production issues and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Analyze manufacturing data and KPIs, prepare performance reports and recommend actions to improve efficiency and operational performance.
Identify process, equipment and resource requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to support production continuity and process optimization.
Support the effective utilization of manpower, materials and equipment while contributing to cost control and waste reduction initiatives.
Report manufacturing performance, operational challenges and improvement opportunities to the Manufacturing Manager, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives.
Good knowledge of AC manufacturing processes and production operations.
Understanding of production planning, resource utilization and cost control.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to monitor production KPIs, analyze performance data and prepare reports.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process deviations and support corrective actions.
Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support manufacturing efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
