Comply with company Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and standards, ensuring safe working practices across all manufacturing activities.
Develop and optimize production process routes for new and existing products to ensure efficient workflows and effective resource utilization.
Establish standard cycle times, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for each product, ensuring accurate implementation in production.
Apply lean manufacturing methodologies and operational excellence practices to improve productivity, reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.
Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations to improve performance, product quality and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor production processes, cycle times and work instructions, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions with relevant departments.
Provide technical guidance and training to factory teams on process standards, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Monitor process performance indicators, analyze operational data and recommend improvements to achieve manufacturing targets.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other relevant departments to resolve process-related issues and improve manufacturing performance.
Support the adoption of world-class manufacturing methodologies and best practices to enhance factory operations and promote a continuous improvement culture.
- Minimum 4 Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of AC manufacturing process.
- Excellent knowledge of Lean and Kaizen.
- Good knowledge of six sigma
