Executive (Total Rewards)

What will you do?

• Benefits Development & Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and introduce new, value-added employee benefits that strengthen the employee value proposition and support engagement and retention.
• Medical Insurance Management: Manage the day-to-day administration of all medical insurance activities for AMAN Holding employees and eligible dependents.
• Coordinate with the insurance provider and internal stakeholders on medical insurance enrollment, coverage, eligibility, and policy-related matters.
• Travel & AMAN Card Requests Management: Review and process employee travel and AMAN card requests in line with the applicable policies and approval matrix.
• Outsourced Payroll Management: Handle the end-to-end monthly payroll process for outsourced employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Mobile Lines Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery, activation, and assignment of mobile lines to employees in accordance with company policy and eligibility criteria.
• HR Letters: Handle employee requests for HR letters and official employment-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
• Provident Fund Requests: Handle and coordinate employees' Provident Fund requests in alignment with AMAN policies and procedures.

What will you need?

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
