  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, personnel administration, labor law, and social insurance regulations.
  • Experience working with HRIS, ERP, and payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
