General Manager

·        Lead the overall operations of the concentrates and IQF business, ensuring achievement of strategic objectives, profitability, and sustainable growth.

·        Develop and execute annual business plans, production strategies, budgets, and capacity expansion plans aligned with market demand and company objectives.

·        Take full responsibility for the business’s financial performance, including revenue, operating costs, gross margins, profitability, and budget control.

·        Align agricultural sourcing, seasonal processing capacity, production planning, and inventory strategy to maximize crop utilization and minimize seasonal losses.

·        Oversee Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Utilities through departmental heads, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.

·        Coordinate with Sales and Export teams to align product mix, production capacity, customer requirements, pricing strategies, and delivery commitments.

·        Evaluate and lead capital expenditure projects, technology upgrades, and capacity expansion initiatives to improve competitiveness and return on investment.

·        Ensure company-wide compliance with food safety regulations, international export requirements, customer standards, and applicable certifications.

·        Build and develop a high-performing management team, establish clear accountability, evaluate departmental performance, and develop succession plans.

·        Establish strategic KPIs, review financial and operational performance, manage business risks, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

·        Minimum 20 years of total professional experience.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager.

·        Age 50 years or older.

·        Strong, proven experience in manufacturing fruit and vegetable concentrates and IQF frozen fruits and vegetables.

·        Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence skills.
