  • API Design: Solid understanding of HTTP protocols, RESTful architecture principles, and JSON handling
  • Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git (branching strategies, pull requests, merge conflict resolution)
  • Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns
  • Basic familiarity with concurrency, thread management, and asynchronous processing
  • Exposure to message brokers like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Fundamental knowledge of FinTech concepts: payment processing, webhook delivery, security standards (e.g., OWASP, PCI-DSS compliance), or encryption mechanisms

  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • High sense of ownership, eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities within an agile team structure

Education & Background

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
