Supervisor (Brand Management)

• Develop the annual B2B marketing roadmap and internal communications strategy across Business Finance, E-Payments Merchants, and Internal Communications, to translate commercial growth objectives into integrated marketing strategies and campaign priorities.
• Define corporate brand and internal communications strategies, including communication language, Tone of Voice, messaging frameworks, corporate announcements, and cultural transformation communications, to ensure consistent brand alignment across internal and external touchpoints.
• Develop and govern co-marketing frameworks with Tier-1 enterprise partners and oversee partnership negotiation criteria, promotional touchpoints, co-branding guidelines, and campaign terms, to maximize brand exposure and commercial value while ensuring alignment with Legal, Tech, and E-Payments Finance requirements.
• Lead macro-level B2B ATL campaign strategy, commercial shoots, and mass-market positioning initiatives, and approve Master Agency Briefs and Pre-Production Meeting outputs, to ensure consistent strategic positioning and high-quality campaign execution.
• Govern the consolidated communications calendar across social media, SMS, In-App Push, and WhatsApp for B2B verticals and Internal Communications, to ensure alignment of launch dates, campaign mechanics, and operational readiness across relevant functions.
• Lead full-funnel campaign performance analysis across merchant campaigns, loan disbursement initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, GTV performance, and internal engagement, to evaluate ROI and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee market research, stakeholder insights, and competitive intelligence across business owners, merchants, employees, merchant acquiring platforms, Business Finance, and SME competitors, to identify market trends, strengthen brand positioning, and uncover strategic growth opportunities.
• Govern marketing budget allocation, expenditure tracking, production costs, agency invoices, co-marketing funds, and monthly financial closing, to ensure effective budget utilization and compliance with approved financial plans.
• Manage and mentor the team, including delegation, deliverable review, performance management, and approval of campaign decks, calendars, briefs, and budget logs, to ensure team effectiveness and quality of operational delivery.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Business Finance, E-Payments Merchants, Internal Communications, Sales, Product, Merchant Operations, Credit & Risk, Tech, Finance, HR, and Legal, as well as external agencies and partners, to ensure integrated execution and operational readiness across all marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field,
• 1-2 years of experience supervising, mentoring junior team members, or leading cross-functional project pods.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Brand Management, B2B Marketing, or Corporate Communications (preferably within Fintech, Business Finance Companies, E-Payments, or Banking).
