Join Raya Electric for Manufacturing - Small Home Appliances Factory, 6th of October City as a Production Engineer, responsible for supervising technicians and operators, supporting daily production activities and ensuring adherence to HSE, quality, and production standards.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE and safety requirements within the assigned production area.
  • Supervise and coordinate technicians and operators to ensure effective execution of daily production activities.
  • Follow up on production plans, job orders and work-center activities, escalating delays and resource constraints.
  • Maintain product BOMs in the ERP system based on approved specifications.
  • Monitor production processes against approved standards and report deviations.
  • Monitor Safety, Quality, Cost and Productivity KPIs and support corrective actions.
  • Monitor waste and WIP inventory and report stock variances.
  • Follow up on equipment and tool availability and coordinate maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor materials and consumables consumption against standards/BOMs and report significant variances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of production processes, quality, safety, and KPI monitoring.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
  • ERP knowledge is preferred.
