The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Look after a book of business clients from first onboarding through ongoing adoption, combining post-sale support with relationship management. You will serve as a day-to-day point of contact and advisor, helping clients get lasting value from a software platform.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of roughly 30 client accounts, holding regular meetings and guiding each through adoption milestones.
- Onboard new clients, support implementation and data setup with the product team, and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Advise clients that have limited internal marketing capacity and coach them on best practices.
- Plan across the portfolio by preparing for meetings, tracking follow-ups and making sure no account is overlooked.
- Join weekly strategy sessions and regular one-on-ones to share practices and work toward commission-based adoption goals.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Post-sale account management experience in B2B SaaS, including renewals, expansion and retention.
- Proficiency with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Initiative in building client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand accounts.
- Comfort working in a small, early-stage startup.
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate, as the role is fully in-office.
