We’re on a mission to make buying and selling newly built homes an experience people actually enjoy. Today, our platform powers more than 50% of the Czech new builds market and is expanding across Europe. We’re profitable, we’re scaling, and our goal is to become the European leader in sales software for real estate developers.
You’ll work with data that powers a real product used by major players across Europe. This is a contract role with the option to work full-time or part-time, based in Prague with a hybrid or remote setup. The compensation range is 40,000–50,000 CZK monthly, depending on your experience and scope of collaboration.
🔎 Your role in the data landscape
Apartment prices change, floor plans get updated, contracts get revised. When a developer sends us changes, you make sure they show up in Realpad quickly and correctly. Thousands of home buyers see that data.
Process customer data (prices, units, contracts, floor plans) and load it into our CRM
Work in Excel daily, import data and spot what doesn't add up
Prepare graphics for our tablet apps in Photoshop
Build document templates in Word using a simple templating language (your first taste of coding, no experience needed)
Talk directly with our customers by email and phone, in Czech and English

What you get~100 hours a month to start, up to full-time.
Flexible hours, core availability Mon–Fri 9–17
Remote-friendly, with an office in Prague when you want to meet the team
A mentor in your first months and regular feedback
A real line on your CV: B2B SaaS, real estate, international customers
Speak fluent Czech or Slovak and at least B2 English
Are a student or recent graduate with no or little work experience (that's fine)
Pick up new tools fast and like Excel more than you'd admit
Reply on time and do what you say you'll do
