Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

• Own outbound pipeline generation across global markets.
• Identify and research high-potential accounts aligned with our ICP.
• Execute multi-channel outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outreach.
• Craft highly personalised messaging that cuts through noise and drives engagement.
• Initiate and lead discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and qualify opportunities.
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and ensure strong context handoff.
• Build and nurture outbound sequences to convert cold prospects into warm opportunities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaigns.

What You Will Achieve in 90 Days:

• Develop a deep understanding of product, ICP, and target markets.
• Build and execute outbound sequences across key segments.
• Start generating consistent meetings through outbound efforts.
• Hit initial activity benchmarks across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

What You Will Achieve in 180 Days:

• Build a predictable outbound pipeline contributing directly to revenue.
• Consistently generate high-quality, qualified meetings for AEs.
• Become highly effective at cold outreach, personalisation, and objection handling.
• Establish strong market presence through strategic outbound efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or pipeline generation in SaaS or tech.
• Strong understanding of ICP building, account research, and segmentation.
• Ability to write sharp, personalised cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or CHAMP.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc. )
• High ownership mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS and recruitment tech landscape.
