RecruitHub is hiring our first Sales / Business Development Manager
I'm a cofounder of RecruitHub, and I'm looking for the first salesperson to join the team. This is a role for someone who wants more than "just a job." You'll come in at the start and grow with the business. We already work with strong clients, and now we want to build sales systematically.
RecruitHub is a remote-based IT recruitment and HR consulting agency. Our clients include Higgsfield, Codiplay, Emin HR Tech, inDrive, startups from Astana Hub, and international AI companies. The average project fee clients pay us is 1,500 to 4,000 USD.
What we offer

What you'll do
- Find and reach out to B2B clients (IT, startups, digital)
- Work with inbound leads and cold outreach
- Book meetings and join first calls
- Help prepare commercial proposals and presentations
- Track deals and write to potential partners
- Gradually take on more ownership over sales
What matters
- Experience isn't required, but it's a plus
- Interest in sales, business, and the IT market
- A basic understanding of IT and marketing
- Ability to communicate clearly and get your point across
- Independence and a willingness to learn
