We're a multi-market creative and communications agency with a growing presence in New York. Our work spans fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, and more - and our New York showroom is at the heart of it. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to jump in across talent, showroom operations, events, and PR projects.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the team on media and influencer list building, keeping contacts current and well-organised
- Researching and benchmarking competitors, campaigns, and market trends to support client strategy
- Tracking social coverage across clients, maintaining trackers, sharing clippings with the team, and inputting data into platforms like Mighty Scout (training provided)
- Assisting with outreach to press and talent, helping draft and send notes as needed
- Supporting guest list management for events and brand activations, from building the list to confirmations and day-of logistics
- Managing gifting logistics end-to-end - from coordinating send-outs to tracking deliveries and following up on coverage
- Keeping the showroom well-organised, stocked, and always press-ready
Who you are
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Social Media, communications, fashion, or a related field (This internship is credit-based only)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Genuinely passionate about beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- Based in New York or able to commute into the office three days a week
