Full-Stack Developer & ERP Integration Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

RefLAB is the first-of-its-kind private laboratory in Armenia and the CIS specializing in the development and production of pharmaceutical reference standards. Accredited to ISO 17034 by a European accreditation body, RefLAB serves leading pharmaceutical manufacturers across the CIS and MENA regions.

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer & ERP Integration Architect to develop and manage RefLAB's digital infrastructure.

The primary objective is to build a modern B2B & B2C e-commerce website, fully integrate it with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, migrate our existing ERP operations from Odoo, and automate business processes to minimize manual data entry.

The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, hands-on developer capable of designing technical architecture, implementing complete solutions, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to achieve maximum productivity.

Website & E-Commerce Development

• Design, develop, and maintain a modern, secure, and scalable B2B & B2C e-commerce website.

• Implement customer registration, authentication, product catalogs, advanced search, and customer-specific pricing.

• Develop online ordering, quotations, payment processing, automated invoicing, and customer account management.

• Implement customer portals for order history, payment status, shipment tracking, and document downloads.

• Ensure website performance, responsive design, SEO, security, and reliability.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 & ERP Development

• Lead the migration from Odoo to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including data migration, system configuration, customization, and testing.

• Develop and configure ERP functionality for procurement, inventory, warehouse management, sales, finance, and order fulfillment.

• Implement product, batch/lot, expiration-date, and inventory traceability systems.

• Develop custom Business Central extensions and integrations as required.

• Maintain and continuously improve ERP functionality as business requirements evolve.

System Integration & Automation

• Integrate the website with ERP, payment gateways, shipping providers, and other business applications through APIs and automated workflows.

• Synchronize customers, products, prices, inventory, orders, payments, invoices, and shipment information across systems.

• Automate repetitive tasks, operational workflows, notifications, reporting, and data processing.

• Implement monitoring, error handling, data validation, and reconciliation to ensure system reliability.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and minimize manual administrative work.

AI-Powered Development

• Actively use AI coding assistants and autonomous development agents to accelerate programming, debugging, testing, and deployment.

• Apply modern vibe coding practices to rapidly prototype, develop, and improve software solutions.

• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, maintainability, and performance.

• Explore and implement AI-powered automation opportunities across company operations.

• 2+ years of professional software development experience, preferably involving full-stack development, backend architecture, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as C#/.NET, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, and frontend frameworks such as React/Next.js.

• Practical experience implementing, customizing, or integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including knowledge of AL development, APIs, and ERP architecture.

• Experience with ERP implementations, business process automation, and data migration, preferably from Odoo or similar systems.

• Strong understanding of databases (SQL), REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and secure system integrations.

• Experience developing e-commerce platforms and integrating payment gateways, inventory systems, and logistics services.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.

• Advanced proficiency in AI-assisted development and vibe coding, with practical experience using AI agents and tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or equivalent solutions.

• Ability to independently design, develop, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain complete software solutions.

• Good command of English, including the ability to work with technical documentation.

• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory, or other regulated industries.

• Knowledge of inventory traceability, batch/lot management, expiration dates, and certificates of analysis.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or Dataverse.

• Familiarity with international B2B e-commerce, complex pricing models, and multi-currency payments.

• Experience integrating LLM APIs or developing AI-powered business agents.
