Role Overview- Position: Graphic Designer
- Location: Sangotedo, Lagos, Nigeria
- Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
Reftop Holdings is searching for an intermediate-level Graphic Designer who brings at least three years of hands-on professional experience. The successful candidate will produce the visual assets that support the company's real estate and property development offerings across a varied project portfolio. Rather than simply designing flyers, you will transform property details and market information into polished, premium visual narratives that resonate with local buyers as well as Nigerians living abroad.
Key Responsibilities- Property marketing materials: Produce high-end digital brochures, catalogue booklets, proposal documents and pitch decks covering a range of land and housing developments.
- Visual storytelling: Convert information and marketing content into clear, compelling infographics.
- Social media and lead generation ads: Build effective graphic assets for Instagram, Facebook and Google advertising campaigns aimed at attracting property buyers and investors.
- Experience: At least three years of demonstrable experience as a graphic designer. A background in real estate or a corporate agency is a strong advantage.
- Technical tools: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or Figma for digital layouts.
- Industry awareness: A well-developed eye for corporate and luxury branding, with the ability to present property portfolios as premium and trustworthy.
- Interpersonal skills: Clear communication skills for working alongside the sales and marketing teams and delivering under tight project timelines.
- Monthly salary of N150,000
