Level 2 Helpdesk Technician

We are an MSP based in New Jersey looking to fill a Level 2 Help Desk support position.This position will be Remote Work From Home, during the EST Hours of 9am-5pm. The candidate should have experience working at an MSP under the pace of an MSP. Candidate will need to have experience managing their support ticket cue and working within a helpdesk. The candidate will work on support tickets and be apart of projects with senior technicians if they choose to expand their knowledge.

APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

- Apple & Android Support

- Understanding of network security
- Experience with firewalls
- Server support experience
- Office 365 / Hosted Exchange
- Full DNS, IP, Network understanding
- Active Directory adding, copying & removing users
- Experience supporting end users on the phone and face to face
- Advanced Desktop support (Hardware, Software)
- Operating System Support
- Outlook, Microsoft Office Troubleshooting

Applicants will be considered more closely with the following skills

- Network + Certified
- A+ Certified
