Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in full-stack software development with a strong backend focus.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and FastAPI.
- Good experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, caching, asynchronous processing, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases (e. g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus), LangChain/LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other foundation model APIs is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced product environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on AI-first or GenAI products.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, and model evaluation.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
