Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing product managers.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or engineering) from a top-tier institution.
  • Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to align stakeholders across functions.
  • Hands-on product leader with strong judgment and bias for action.
  • End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including post-launch iteration.
  • Experience building scalable systems and processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • AI/ML product management experience.
  • Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/OEM data.
