About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven strategies , conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of NLP& LLM (Large Language Model). This DS make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices with an eye for performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and algorithms.
- Design and implement advanced data analysis, and produce actionable insights to improve business operations and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop scalable and efficient data-driven solutions and products.
- Communicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay updated with state-of-the-art data science techniques and methodologies, and integrate them into the team's work.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of statistical models and data architectures.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in [industry or specific area relevant to the role] is a plus.
